Good evening,,
I was reading your letter in the CRM developers group and I think that you may
have a resource right under your nose in the "hex"
My name ie William R Greenwald.. ( Bill) and Iam with Executive Jet Aviation.
For the past six months, I have been participating in the acceptance of the
Citation VII and Ultra for EJA.. I was the Original Citation VII Program
manager for EJA and have been there for ten years... more topic related I have
been working with CRM for tha past almost 20 years.. I designed, wrote, and
taught the CRM program _at_ EJA.. Before that I had been very active as a CRM
developer with Air Wisconsin.. and formerly Mississippi Valley Airlines..
I have written numerous articles and been published and am currently re-
writing our CRM program _at_ EJA..
We at EJA are a very unique operation in which CRM has been tailor made.. and
very much like the demo pilots operate in a very diverse and everchanging
environment.. Yet no matter where we operate, the basic fundamentals of CRM
are the same.. Team Building.. Communication.. Task workload management and
technical skills.. Now you will notice I have placed the technical skill.. the
yanking and banking toward the last of the list..
I have just spent some time in Europe with our european division and had the
opportunity to fly with different nationalities.. the Cross Culture Concept is
a real area of concern.but workable and can pose some interesting challenges
to you in the demo business..
I would very much like to touch base with you, as in the writitng of this new
manual, Iam approaching CRM from a human factors standpoint.. which is where
the generation of CRM we are in must be centered.
