Cessna's CRM Program

Hello all,
I feel very lucky to find this group -- the timing is perfect. I am
organizing/developing a CRM program for our department and could really use
some help/guidance.
Our department consists of over 40 pilots (all with ATPs) with an
average of 6,000 hours of flight experience. Our job is somewhat unique.
Organized under the Marketing department for Cessna Aircraft Company, my
department provides demonstrations to potential customers in every model of
Citation Business Jets (and there currently are six), world-wide.
We conduct two types of demonstrations. First is the "Executive
Demonstration" for a company's CEO/Management -- two Cessna pilots flying as
a crew (Captain, Co-Captain) on a local "round-robin", or a trip of the
customer's choosing. Secondly, and more challenging, is the "Pilot
Demonstration." In a pilot demonstration we will put the potential
customer/pilot in the left seat and let him fly the aircraft from start-up
to shut-down. Pilot experience for these Pilot Demonstrations are as varied
as there are pilots. It is not unheard of to find yourself in the cockpit
with a 300 hour Bonanza pilot you just met, on his first jet ride. It is
also entirely possible, that he can not even spell CRM, let alone know its
principles. Oh, since we do demonstrations worldwide, English may not be his
primary language.
Question #1: Could you recommend a Company or Consultant (perhaps yourself)
who could develop/deliver or assist in developing a CRM Program for our
department?
Question #2: Do you have any suggestions/advice/techniques on CRM for a
situation like our Pilot Demonstrations (one trained pilot, one not)?
The good news is that I do have upper management's full support -- they, and
our pilots, recognize the need for this training.
