Dear Kim,
I agree with you about flight attendants becoming knowledgeable. I was on a
commuter flight which was half empty. Passengers up front had to be re-
located for weight and balance safety reasons. Two people didn't want to move
and argued with the flight attendant. Instead of explaining that the move was
necessary for safety reasons, the flight attendant said they just HAD to move
because she was told to move them. Needless to say, the passengers were angry
and disgruntled. (Not good for repeat business!)
