Hi, everybody!
I am Eric Wahren at SAS Flight Academy, Stockholm, Sweden. We have recently
taken into operation a Bell 412/212 helicopter simulator. We'd like to add
to our present CRM course some cases about "lack of CRM induced incidents
and accidents in helicopter operations". Does anyone have information about
such cases and where I could find them?
