The dog actually died a month or so after the flight. But, the woman who owned
the dog was tied up by the captain with the dog's lease.

Sounds like airlines have the best opportunity to address these issues through
proper training. That is about as far as I will go, because I do NOT want to
be verbally assualted by any Flight Attendants on the list;->
