Research topic - CRM in Air Traffic Control?

I am considering doing some CRM research in the Air Traffic career field.
Sure, we can all agree there is a plethora of data out there with
flightcrews and CRM -- but it falls short of ATC.

I have got temporary, unrestricted access to about 50 controllers and think
this would be a great opportunity to exploit.

Any fresh ideas?
