I saw your comment on the net in July (crm newsgroup), and I was very
surprised that you were asking :
"Can anyone offer advice, or point me to a source of material, for guidance
in setting up a Confidential Reporting System? Our airline, BWIA, is trying
to start such a system and we need some material on the subject."
As a BWIA's supplier since 1994 (safety matters), we had the priviledge to
develop, customize, implement many training programs, manuals etc. for the
Operations Dept. (cabin & flight crew). The manual in particular I'm
referring to is "Flight Safety Program" which we developped is to my
opinion, an excellent source of information. You may find what you need in
