Mike,

For starters, I'd recommend returning to Dr. John Wilhelm for counsel.
He's had years of experience with the data that FMAQ provides and would
most likely be the best resource available.

Also check with Dr. John about the importance of the size of your survey
population in terms of performing complex statistical analyses on your
data. You may not get a lot out of your analytical effort if the number
of respondents is too small. In many organizations, the most significant
findings are not produced by the statisitcs, but rather are drawn from
the narrative comments received. -- just a thought.
