I apologize for the delay in following up with the group, about my =
August inquiry into our FSDO's belief that our firm requires =
certification under Part 142. Intially, the inspector with whom I spoke =
interpreted 121.402 (a) to require providers of resource management =
training under 121.404, to be certified as a training facility under =
Part 142. The inspector now feels that this interpretation was =
incorrect, and is still seeking a definitive interpretation. I'll share =
whatever else I learn on the subject. =20

With respect to another matter, does anyone know if the BASI INDICATE =
Implementation Guidance is available for download on the internet? I've =
had trouble accessing the BASI site.
