Hello, group! My name is Lt Mike Madron, a C-130 Navigator at Pope AFB, NC. I
am the squadron CRM Facilitator, and I have been fortunate to receive a copy
of the Flight Management Attitude Questionnaire from John Wilhelm at UT
(Thanks, Dr. Wilhelm!). I have modified it slightly to better represent a
C-130 sqaudron, and I am about to administer it to the squadron, but I need
guidance on how best to score it. Anyone have any good guidance for me? I can
