Joe,

It was me who made the inquiry last year on this issue.

I will forward you my .ppt presentation, when I'm back in the office next
week, which listed a whole lot of figures we used to justify an overall
program. These included delay figures associated with CRM type maitenance
issues, hull loss etc.

This will help a little I think.
