Hello Ben,
You have a remarkable resource right in Newcastle on CRM in an Asian
airline in retired Professor Ross Telfer. He did consulting work with us at
Air Canada on developing a LOFT program and with an Asian airline in
training. He lives quite near to the lake. I suggest going for a sail with
him on the lake (MacQuarry?) I did and it resultied in a wealth of
material.
