Ben, a really good starting point would be for you to take a look at G.
Hofstede's work. Try to get a copy of the article "Cultivating Safety"
(Flight International 24-30 August 1994) then go from there. A really good
book on the issue of C-C is "Cross-cultural Work Groups" by Granose & Oskamp
(Claremont Symposium on Applied Social Psychology -Sage Publications). you
