Dear Neil,
When I began pounding the keyboard back in December, I had no idea
where things would lead from there. I've stumbled my way this far,
and with the help of caring individuals and groups such as this,
I am becoming more confident that there may be some solutions out
there. As an engineer, my motivation is to make things work, or to
figure out why they don't, and rectify the cause. It may be a simple
philosophy, but that is my point of reference.
I would be grateful if we could continue the discussion, and shepard
the information toward what needs to be defined as "the goal". My
personal objective leans toward reducing these incidents to the levels
where accounts of domestic US air piracy has dropped.
Regards-
Mike
