I am Capt. Kamal Hisham with Malaysia Airlines and I am doing a study on the
question of how politicking may affect an organization, such that behaviours
of people in any organization could perhaps cause: (1) breeding of cronyism
and nepotism which may lead to the accepting of lower standards and known
hazard, and (2) behaviours such as bickering, badmouthing, back stabbing,
rumours mongering etc
Appreciate if I be given leads to papers and write-ups, as well as your
thoughts, pertaining to the above.
