I agree wholeheartedly with Suren's comments.

The value of the video as a learning experience for crew members is also
very limited, as every time I have seen it shown to flight crew they shake
their heads, chuckle at the portrayal of the crew members as bungling
buffoons, and walk away no doubt thinking that this accident would never
have happened to them...

Accident reconstruction's are of most use if we make it clear that these
accidents can and do indeed happen to us and treat them as a learning
experience. Human frailty...
