Amen - the amounts of money involved are trivial. This is really an ideal
graduate student job, a few hours a week to poke into corners and make
contacts internationally. With a bit of start-up funding we could put the
whole database online, which would encourage it to be what it was always
intended to be - a shared resource for the industry.
