I do not know how much I can contribute to your tiger team at this point. I
am a facilitator in my C-130 squadron in Alaska and plan to make CRM the
focus of my management master degree. I am however in the unique position
of crossflowing to a single seat aircraft in a few months. Once my training
is complete I may be a valuable use to you and your program as you try to
impliment CRM in fighter type aircraft. I am willing to help out anyway
possible.
