Yep, I'd like to join you in this. I'm a light aircraft pilot, former
fighter pilot, instructor and (inter alia) Director of Training for
the Australian Air Force, done lots of work on pilot selection and
training, currently working up materials for 'single pilot crm',
including diagnosis of gaps in defences. I believe that the 'third
wave' of crm will be delivered by the individual to the individual and
thus be virtually budget neutral.
