I am a new menber of the CRM Dev. Group.
I am a 727 Captain and have worked for 22 years in the civil aviation
industry. I have work with IATA in Facilitation, Technical Operations and
CRM, since 1980.
Now I am Director of a school of communications and organizational
development with campus in Chile, Ecuador and El Salvador.
I am now involved in developing a CBT and Internet Distance Education for
CRM to reduced the number of presence hours of training, for latin american
airlines, specially Lan Chile. This method can reduce costs and time
consumption.
I would like to work in a Tiger Team to investigate your proposal.
