Hi from down-under,

Things have gone quite, so I thought I would provide some light relief and
throw down the gauntlet to all the CRM trainers out there to come up with
some good one liners or phrases that encaptulate some of the principlas of CRM.

Here's one to start:

"If you recieve facts ask for opinions,
If you receive opinions ask for facts"
