Joint Training Info.?

Hi Everyone,
Looking for some info on joint CRM program for
pilots/dispatchers/flight attendants, if anyone has some info, or know
where I can get some please pass it along. I fly for a regional airline
(Great Lakes Airlines) with less than 300 pilots, and we just started a CRM
program last year, with the 121 transition we are required to set up a
stronger program than what we currently have, 12 hours initial and 2 hours
during recurrent for pilots only. The company has recently asked me to
work on this, as I have a MAS in safety where I concentrated on CRM
development, but unfortunately have only theoretical experience on program
establishment. I admit I am at somewhat of a loss as to how to begin this
process. Since we are a smaller company (but code share with a major
airline) our resources are somewhat limited. If anyone has any helpful
hints or good info, I would be most grateful! Thanks in advance,
