I think it reasonable to ask a professional organization (Human Factors
Association, Aviation Psychologists, etc.) to develop a certification
program. Many have such a parallel certification (e.g., Certification in
Aerospace Physiology by the Aerospace medical Association).
I am certain that any such organizationcould gain the assistance of the
univertsity community or even this forum. If testing is involved, the
certification would certainly mean more..
