Oscar,
Although your stories are eye-opening, they are probably not
relevant to the question at hand. The first story is atypical. Most husband
and wife teams do not evolve from Instuctor/Student relationships that end
in marriage. Second, both stories deal with entirely different types of
operations and operating procedures from those of major air carriers. AS
far as being angry or having different ways of doing things; how is this
different from non-married crew members? The married crew may even have the
benefit of knowing how their own behavior will effect that of the other
crew member. Most other crews would not have this benefit. This is not to
say that I endorse married crews 100%, but I don't think I can generalize
what I have learned from the two situations you describe to the situation
the is occuring on the flightdeck of an air carrier.
