Greetings to all,
We are updating our CRM program at Air Canada and I am looking for interesting ideas to effectively instruct the subject of Leadership. This module will be part of our initial CRM course for pilots and incorporated into the recurrent training program. We have introduced the subject of leadership to the flight attendant/pilot portion of our recurrent training with positive results, however we would like something more comprehensive.
