I am afraid I have caused you to misunderstand my intention. In fact, I agree
with you by 100 %. I do not intend to criticize the flight crew's final action
and decision making. Only god knows which choice was better. Not me. I wrote
this part of message to lead my notion that the go-mindness campaign is
resulted from "it should happen" syndrome that you mentioned in your mail. I
expect to have your idea on the go-mindness campaign for RTO decision making.
