I am and have been involved in the development/presentation
of Human Factor training here at Canadian Regional Airlines
which offers an interdepartmental 1-day training to mixed
classes of engineers/flight attendants/pilots.
On Aug. 31 & Sept. 1, Purdue University and the NTSB from
the USA co-hosted a symposium in Indianapolis on Human
Factor training in Maintenance. I attended and heard that
there was some sort of requirement for Human Factor training
for Maintenance personnel in JARs 66.
Do you know or have access to this? I have been searching
the net for this information, but without success.
Thanks.
