Brian: My name is Oscar Quintero and I work for the GRUPO TACA (You might
know already that we fly C-208) and we have developed the programs for CRM
at different levels (C-208, B-737, B-767, A-319/320) I personally conducto
and manage all this programs for the Group. If I can be of any assitance to
your project/programm please contact me.
