Together with the CRM department of one of our larger Airliners and
inspired colleagues of the Airforce and some other national bodies in
aviation we developed a curriculum that meets the standards of JAR FCL and
JAR OPS (as far the interpretation of the new JAR in Holland is official).
We gave it a couple of try-outs and we are rather satisfied with it as a
general curriculum. Of course, one of the criteria of the new JAR is that
the CRM-training should meet the requirements of the Airliner in terms of
culture etc.; it must be a customized approach for the Airliner in
