could assist me in getting a discussion going on the site (or through
private links) that would benefit myself and others faced with this

Like most that visit this site, I would like to read all that is available
regarding this dynamic subject. Unfortunately, like most at the ab initio
level, I feel the constraints of time and budgeting. Perhaps in the future
the resources page could offer critical reviews and direction towards
suitability material designed to meet the needs of various levels of CRM
training.
Meanwhile, may I ask that you advise me of book reviews that critique your
"Pilot Judgment and Crew Resource Management." Conceivably, we might hear
for those that have included it in their curriculum and others that have
different recommendations. This guidance should generate further
appreciation for your work and provide me with the endorsements that I am
urgently seeking. Looking forward to your response, as will others trying
to make the best informed decision possible.
