FWIW, I'm a recently-retired single-seat fighter pilot who now teaches CRM
to USAF aircrews. Most of my students are single-seat fighter pilots. I
got involved with CRM in 1990, when I was still flying fighters, and I
thought it was a good thing and directly applicable to the fighter mission.
I still think so, or I wouldn't be teaching it now. I don't need the
money *that* much!
My point? Though I'm a newbie in the CRM instructing business, my
experience to date is that the great majority of fighter pilots embrace
CRM, welcome the training, and apply it on a day-to-day basis.
