Jeff and others,

Please check out my book "Pilot Judgment and Crew Resource Management" from
Ashgate Press (802-276-3162). It was written specifically for this purpose.

aware I am designing a new program with the goal of bridging the gap between
flight school and the airlines. To date I have put in place 45 hours of HF
curriculum using two new books put out by Transport Canada (very similar in
content of HF for GA, Trollip & Jensen, 1991). Now I am faced with the
challenge of finding the right textbook that will complement the LOFT
program that will follow and of course the end product.
