Flynn et.al. actually conducted the research and reported the findings in
Aviation Space and Environmental Medicine (citation provided in the
previous posting). Capt. Bart Stine did not conduct this research, he
simply cited the findings of Flynn et. al. in his Masters Thesis Proposal.

whilst I would not presume to question Bart Stines findings I
would be interested to know whether the Air National Guard
pilots he surveyed were full-timers or part-timers. If the latter,
how many were pilots in their non-military empoly?
