Fellow Aviation Professionals

It is my hope that you, the industry experts, can provide some specific =
direction in the area of CRM curriculum for ab initio pilot. As you =
maybe aware I am designing a new program with the goal of bridging the =
gap between flight school and the airlines. To date I have put in place =
45 hours of HF curriculum using two new books put out by Transport =
Canada (very similar in content of HF for GA, Trollip & Jensen, 1991). =
Now I am faced with the challenge of finding the right textbook that =
will complement the LOFT program that will follow and of course the end =
product. =20

You have probably already observed that I am trying to utilize all =
available resources in achieving this objective. Your recommendations, =
either at the site or directly, will be greatly appreciated. Please =
indicate this in your correspondence if you need to know more about the =
non-profit institution that is taking this vision, and I will gladly =
provide you with that link. =20

May I also add to those that my have already responded to me via email =
-- a glitch has wiped out my contact manager. A problem that my =
computer friend says, "lies between the seat and the keyboard." Ha! =
Careful when you use that in your debriefings!!!=20

Cheers!!!
