Dave.... Very nice synopsis of our work in ABQ. I would add my hopes that
some of the line and training folks out there recognize the obvious value of
focusing CRM (training) programs toward a mission-relevant, skills-based
oriention. We would also hope these efforts set the stage for practitioners,
instructional developers, researchers, and others to collaborate on the
strategic directions and action plans/implementation steps that will provide
organizationally saleable curricula and measurably effective CRM training
programs. We can talk about revolutionizing training all day... We all
recognize, though, that actually doing it will be hard... But it needs to be
done.... I look forward to working with you again (soon) as we begin to
examine the issue of follow-up effectiveness evaluation of our newly revised
CRM curriculum for SOF aircrews.
