Our "Foundations of Aviation Excellence" course, which seeks to
define the structure and sequence of aviation education and training as a
framework for lifelong learning, will be offerred to Juniors and Seniors at
the Academy, initially as an elective. This comes BEFORE any formal
flight training or screening, so it makes the assessment of the course
much easier. We can measure performance and perceived relevance of
follow-on training with a control group who did not elect to take the
course.

Tony-

At what level will the course be taght, firstees or four degrees? Kind of
wondering for personal reasons as my cousin is currently a smack.

I wish such a course had existed when I went through and think this is
exactly the beginning level of course ware I was refering to. Courses
like
this will help bring CRM into our culture and out of the safety office.
