In an ideal world we should all be able to bury the hatchet and revert to
professionalism. Every crew should be able to fly with anyone who is
qualified. Unfortunately, from my experience as Professional Standards
chair for my airline, this is not the case. I believe you have to have a
safety valve for those rare cases where people choose to not get along. It
is indeed a cop out, but it works! Dare I say it. No fly list do have
their place. Gerry
