Hollywood and a free CRM videos

Hi folks,
I agree strongly with usefulness of videos in order to trigger an issue, or
to warming a module, or to learn how important are CRM items in accident
causation.
In our experience since we do not have access to those expensive CRM videos,
except the copies that some good friends in this forum have send to me, we
use to edit some commercial Hollywood videos.
For example we use about 7 minutes of the Apollo XIII part when the
emergency appears and the ground crew has to decide what the problem is (for
the Decision Making module).
We also use "Death Poets' Society", editing some minutes of the old system
and some parts of the new way of thinking introduced by Robin Williamas, to
trigger new ways of dealing with things, new behavior patterns and a new
organizational culture (perhaps the ultimate goal of CRM).
These resources are very cheap as you can see, and have a very interesting
impact on the participants.
There is also an important CRM Video produced by Boeing and a lot of other
contributors about CFIT, that is of free distribution, I guess (at least so
I got it). They use the B-747 CFIT approaching Kuala Lumpur. Situational
Awareness, Communication, Decision Making, are all exposed with absolute
cleaness.
Greetings from a very vernal Buenos Aires
Hugo
