Hi everybody on board,i am a 767 Capt and CRM facilitador for a major
Brazilian Airline ,we are still using a first generation CRM(ussualy use
by Fred Flintstone, i guess).We are now starting a program to improve our
CRM to fifth generation and starting a AQP program for our fleet(it is a
big jump).We are starting a development for a Cabin Crew CRM.We are
jumping from DC 3,s direct to jets,we need all help we can obtain,if
someone has some info,papers,ideias,anything we appreaciate the help.
