Debriefing study.
We have seen both pluses and minuses associated with Control Room Supervisors
leading nuke simulator debriefings. If we were working with aircrews right
now we would be tempted to incorporate a Captain's post-flight review at
least for the first portion of the debrief period however. We certainly like
the idea of promoting line debriefings. I'll keep you posted on how this
works out with our nuclear clients if you're interested.
