Good Afternoon CRMers!

The following site from Ohio State University on the World Wide Web
contains an excellent listing of academic papers which may be of
interest to some of our subscribers. Many have abstracts for review,
along with an email address from which you can order the complete
papers. Among the researchers represented are Charlie Billings and
David Woods, both of whom have done a great deal of ground breaking
work in the area of cockpit automation and human factors.
