Does anyone have any good lit citations or know of any prototype or operational
metrics designed for a team captain to rate the performance of someone on his or
her team?
The attributes of this ideal metric will be:
VERY simple (one page, stand-alone)
Valid and reliable
Able to be used by an untrained observer (the team captain).
The job performance assessment would be on the macro-level with focal points on
macro job performance indices (communications, professionalism, job knowledge,
etc.).
