Bill I wholeheartedly endorse Neil Krey's inputs. As i reread your note and
Neil's response I was reminded of a comment that Vince Mancuso made in his
"structoure, content, devices, and methods" remarks about using an OJT
approach to Team Resource Management for ramp employees. I do not know how
the program works, but Vince probably could fill you in. Perhaps there are
ways of getting the resource management words and practices out other than
the "facilitate and graduate" method. The approach Vince mentioned would seem
to make the CRM principles a part of the work ethic as the trainer is a part
of the ramp team.
