Hi Adam,
You may want to contact Craig Funk, Associate Professor in the Aeronautical
Science Dept. at Embry-Riddle in Prescott (sorry, I don't have his number,
but someone else might). He was working on a Team Oriented Performance
Education (TOP-ED) program (I last spoke with him in the spring). My
understanding is that the program is targeted at developing "crew" skills
early in a student's education by exposing him/her to a "non-traditional"
classroom environment (team-oriented vs. individual).

Does anyone have an update on this project?
