Sounds like we are dealing with Ted Mallory"s train here. It approaches the
bigger question - what is the purpose of this "forum?" As I see it, we'd like
to keep it at the "developers" level. This allows us to have a discussion of
substance. If I am going to sort through 20 or so messages a day, it has to be
worth it. The discussions on CRM Metrics, LOFT Debriefing, Touchy-Feely CRM,
Flight Test CRM, Maintenance CRM, etc are right on target. They are the tough
issues to grapple with.
