Thanks for the info, Bill! I am planning to attend the March meeting,
though I was hoping to avoid speaking. Please don't throw me in that
briar patch. ;-)
After many years of working with CRM and HF on the flight crew side,
my new employer (Hughes Training) is focusing on training and
performance enhancement for maintenance and ramp operations. Most of
what I have seen and heard indicates a strong interest in human error
in those domains. Could someone give us a quick summary of where the
maintenance/ramp folks are in the CRM/HF arena?
