My first reaction was to echo Vince's response, but I wonder if there
is more to it than that. I expect that the class Wayne describes was
influenced by Gisselle Richardsen to some extent. She takes a
Transactional Analysis approach, and I have yet to talk to anyone who
actually attended one of her seminars who didn't speak highly of it.
I have arguesd against the "touchy feely" approach many times myself,
but would like to hear from anyone who may have actually attended such
a program. How did it compare with the current crop of
objectives-based CRM/HF programs we are using today?
