I'm glad you are finding this useful, Bob. At the CRM Workshop in
Charlotte a few weeks ago there were two presentations by Ken Bauer,
USAF and Joe Orr, USN on the application of CRM training in the flight
test environment. I never really appreciated how much of a team
activity flight test is. In short, I learned a lot. Both programs
sounded like they were getting very good results.
