You haven't missed much. We just started the list last week. We have almost
one hundred people on the list now, many of whom are true experts in the CRM
field. Please join in and spread the word there at Northwest. Everyone is
welcome.

I was just preparing a message (which all of you should now have) about our
monthly discussion topic. We had a flash discussion on evaluating the
effectiveness of CRM last week, but it seemed to die out. Let's go with LOFT
Debriefing for now. Other topics are always welcome, of course.
