Each month here on the Industry CRM Developers Mailing List we have a topic to
help stimulate discussion. This month, we will focus on Line Oriented Flight
Training (LOFT) Debriefing. Guy Smith, one of our distinguished list members
from Northwest Airlines, the birthplace of LOFT in the late 1970's, wrote the
following:

Also, Key Dismukes of NASA Ames Research Center is leading some excellent
research in which he is evaluating the content and quality of LOFT debriefings.
We should be able to get him to join us and share some of what they have learned
about this topic.
So, let's get started. What are YOUR thoughts and experiences with LOFT
Debriefing? How do you prepare your instructors to conduct them? How do you
know a good debriefing when you see one? What would you change about the way
LOFT debriefings are conducted at your airline?
